Tokenization may outpace regulation

Laura Shin comments on an observation by Johann Kerbrat regarding the relationship between regulation and tokenization.

Shin highlights that, in Kerbrat's view, tokenization is likely to outgrow regulatory frameworks rather than wait for them to catch up.

Shin has previously pointed to centralized control at Strategy, highlighting STRC and MSTR declines and the company's mounting financial risks in recent coverage of Strategy's share performance. She also noted that Strategy's STRC bitcoin-backed preferred stock has continued to trade below $100 par value. Both prior topics have reflected persistent pressure on Strategy’s capital structure.
