Gate.io has launched Gate Money, a platform enabling users to manage, spend, transfer, and earn yield on both digital and traditional financial assets within a single account. The service was introduced during CEO Dr. Han’s keynote at the TOKEN2049 conference and is available by updating to Gate App version 8.39.0.

Gate.io has introduced Gate Money, a platform unveiled during CEO Dr. Han’s keynote at the TOKEN2049 conference on October 7, 2026. According to official information, Gate Money unifies the management of digital assets, fiat currencies, and traditional financial products such as stocks and gold, alongside payment and banking functions in a single account. Users can activate Gate Money by updating to the latest Gate App version and accessing features including funds transfers, payments, asset conversion, and yield-earning options. The service supports integration with bank accounts and payment cards, covers multiple currencies, and is offered to users across 81 regulated jurisdictions where Gate.io holds relevant licenses.
