Cashback rates are determined by user tier, with VIP users receiving up to 1% and Standard users 0.25%, and there is no monthly cap on rewards; cashback is credited to users' Spot Accounts on the 10th of the month following qualifying transactions, provided purchases do not fall into excluded categories such as financial, gambling, or government-related services.
