Bitget announced an upcoming discussion about the Anthropic IPO, featuring an overview of its subscription rounds, subscriber eligibility, and tokenized share allocations via its IPO Prime platform.
Bitget has announced a detailed overview and discussion event regarding the Anthropic IPO, which is being listed on its IPO Prime platform as the third company after SpaceX and OpenAI. The subscription process for Anthropic’s tokenized shares (rANT) is structured with two rounds: a VIP round (November 5–9, 2026) limited to VIP users with higher allocation caps and a 12% fee, and a public round (starting November 10, 2026) open to all eligible users with lower caps and a 5% fee. Participants may subscribe using USDT or USDGO, with allocations determined on a pro-rata basis and deliveries of rANT tokens occurring either shortly before or several days after the IPO, depending on the round. The rANT tokens represent economic exposure to Anthropic shares but do not offer direct shareholder rights; unallocated funds are refunded and eligibility is subject to residency requirements. Bitget provides disclosures about investment risks and the mechanics of token settlement as described in its public announcements.
