According to Ak Yatırım’s October 20 report, CCOLA has lagged the BIST 100 index by 22 % year-to-date, pressured by weaker consumer spending, a shift toward lower-priced products, and slower core operating metrics.

The brokerage expects demand to normalize in 2026, supported by improving consumer confidence and capacity expansion in high-growth regions. Low per-capita consumption, a wider product range, and more efficient refrigeration investments are also projected to drive long-term growth.

CCOLA currently trades at about a 42 % discount to international peers on 2025/26 P/E multiples.

Portfolio reshuffle and performance

Following the update, Tofaş and Koç Holding remain the portfolio’s largest positions, as Ak Yatırım analysts see them offering the highest return potential.

Since the latest adjustment on September 22, the model portfolio has declined 10.8 %, in line with the BIST-100 Total Return Index. Year-to-date performance stands at 1.8 %, about 3.8 percentage points below the benchmark.

During this period, Torunlar REIT, Turkcell, Migros, and Tofaş Oto contributed most positively to returns, while Otokar, Koç Holding, and IC Entra weighed on performance.
