Immuneering announced topline results from its Phase 2a clinical trial testing atebimetinib combined with mGnP in 55 patients with first-line pancreatic cancer. The treatment achieved a median overall survival of 17.3 months, more than double the standard of care for these patients.
The full dataset will be presented on June 1 at the ASCO 2026 meeting, highlighting the potential for this combination therapy to shift expectations in the treatment landscape for pancreatic cancer. Further analysis and peer-reviewed publication are anticipated following the upcoming conference presentation.
Immuneering previously presented atebimetinib’s potential for first-line pancreatic cancer treatment durability at the AACR 2026 meeting. The company has also engaged teams in Boston, New Jersey, and San Diego to participate in PanCAN PurpleStride events aimed at raising pancreatic cancer awareness. These efforts follow Immuneering’s continued focus on novel therapies and community outreach in the oncology space.
