Clayton Coastal Group joins Real Brokerage to drive NYC market growth
Real Brokerage expands into NYC

Real Brokerage has announced the addition of Matt Clayton and 37 agents from Clayton Coastal Group, marking a significant expansion in its business operations.

The team, which is pacing close to 300 million dollars in transaction volume this year, will use Real Brokerage's national platform to extend its reach from Florida into New York City. This move aligns with Real Brokerage's strategy to broaden its presence in key markets.

Earlier this year, a Real Brokerage agent expanded their buyer pool by 80 percent and closed multiple seven-figure deals through a social media strategy. The company also completed the sale of a $6.65 million Hawaii estate, with Eric West and Team West Maui representing the buyers, according to company records. Real Brokerage has continued to grow its national footprint through these transactions.
