Ouster: Stereolabs unified driver extends Nvidia JetPack 7.2 support to ZED X GMSL cameras — Ouster enables JetPack 7.2 support

Ouster announced that Stereolabs, an Ouster company, has released a unified driver architecture allowing Nvidia JetPack 7.2 support across all Stereolabs ZED X GMSL cameras and AVerMedia Jetson Orin and Thor carrier boards.

The new driver approach enables coordinated hardware and software releases, aiming to accelerate time to deployment for users of these systems.

Ouster recently unveiled its Rev8 OS1 Max lidar, designed for U.S. infrastructure and defense mapping as regulations favor domestic sourcing, according to a previous announcement. The company also hosted a virtual Drone Mapping Summit to introduce new Rev8 OS1 Max features for survey-grade drone workflows, as detailed in a prior report.
