Ledger hosts Op3n hackathon in Paris

Ledger has launched its Op3n initiative, bringing together 31 students from 13 university blockchain clubs at its Paris headquarters for a two-day private hackathon. The event includes hands-on experience with the Ledger stack, a Ledger Donjon workshop, panel discussions with industry leaders, and immersive Parisian experiences.

This initiative is part of Ledger N3XT and aims to foster blockchain innovation and community among the next generation of developers and industry professionals. The program underscores Ledger's commitment to supporting blockchain education and engagement.

Ledger recently introduced real-time threat detection for its Wallet, scanning Ethereum transactions for security before user approval, as described in a previous announcement. The company also launched the Lombard App to streamline direct LBTC access, with existing positions moving from the Figment App, according to an earlier report. These releases highlight Ledger’s continued expansion of its product suite alongside its educational outreach.
