Earlier this year, Noodles & Company introduced ramen as a permanent menu item across all its locations, according to company statements. The chain has also expanded its footprint with a new restaurant opening in Las Cruces, New Mexico, at 3497 Northrise Drive, as reported previously here. These moves reflect the company’s focus on both menu growth and nationwide expansion.
