IPO activity dips as Forge Global observes slowdown after strong start
Forge Global sees IPO market slow

Forge Global reports that the IPO market, after beginning 2026 with significant momentum, has started to lose pace as macroeconomic challenges emerge.

The company notes that following high-profile public listings by BitGo, EquipmentShare, Cerebras, and SpaceX, IPO activity has slowed. The most recent venture capital-backed IPO highlighted was Lime's debut on July 1.

Earlier this year, Forge Global highlighted five startups that secured the largest Q3 2026 funding rounds on its marketplace, providing updated valuation data for investors here. The company has also detailed Bending Spoons' acquisitions of Airtable and Miro at lower valuations here. These developments preceded the recent slowdown in IPO activity noted by Forge.
