Virgin Galactic assigns Mike Masucci and Dan Alix to command VMS Eve — Virgin Galactic announces crew lineup

Virgin Galactic has announced the crew for today's VMS Eve flight. The operation will be led by Pilot in Command Mike 'Sooch' Masucci and Pilot Dan Alix, with Tori Chrichton serving as the Flight Test Engineer on board.

This represents a concrete operational update as the company continues its flight test schedule and prepares for further missions.

Virgin Galactic recently completed the Unity 35 glide flight at Spaceport America to advance pilot training for future commercial space operations. Prior to that, engineers conducted ground vibration testing on its Spaceship using bungee suspension and over 150 sensors to capture data. These steps form part of the company’s ongoing preparations for operational missions.
