V-100 portable simulator to be awarded in VirTra public safety initiative — VirTra extends V-100 nomination window

VirTra has extended the nomination deadline for its Task Force Santa initiative to Friday, November 6. The extension gives public safety agencies additional time to apply for the chance to receive a V-100 portable simulator at no cost.

The program aims to provide one qualified public safety agency with advanced simulation training technology. Interested agencies are encouraged to submit their nominations before the new deadline.

Applications for Taskforce Santa 2026 were initially opened by VirTra to give public safety agencies an opportunity to obtain a V-100 portable simulator at no cost.
