Asset tokenization momentum accelerates amid compliance milestones

Injective has been officially approved as an SEC registered transfer agent through its Institutional Services division, allowing it to maintain compliant records of asset ownership and facilitate regulated token offerings. The network is advancing its real-world asset strategy by adding markets for tokenized asset treasuries, equities, and pre-IPO shares, alongside enterprise pilots with POSCO International, LG CNS, and Gulf Group. In a notable development, Pineapple Financial intends to tokenize more than $10 billion in assets on Injective. The platform has also initiated work on quantum-resistant infrastructure following a cryptographic assessment.

Anton Kharitonov, expert at Traders Union, notes that Injective's rapid surge may be driven by regulatory news, but cautions that market confidence can fade if momentum stalls. He argues that despite bullish technicals above major moving averages, current indicators like intraday Bull/Bear Power and heightened volatility point to a risk of overextension. Kharitonov is wary of potential downside if resistance at $8.2 holds, especially with price action near overbought territory. For him, the SEC registration brings credibility but also raises new compliance risks. "Traders should prepare for sharp reversals if bullish sentiment wanes or support at $7.61 breaks," he warns.
Viktoras Karapetjanc, expert at Traders Union, views Injective's SEC registration and RWA expansion as strong validation of its institutional potential. He sees the collaboration with major enterprises and the $10 billion asset tokenization plan as a catalyst for ongoing adoption. Karapetjanc believes the bullish structure remains intact, supported by robust technical alignment and persistent inflows. He expects further growth if current resistance levels are surpassed and regulatory momentum continues. "This market offers multiple setups for forward-looking investors as structural opportunities widen," Karapetjanc states.
Parshwa Turakhiya, analyst, sees short-term sentiment for INJ as constructive on strong news flow, but notes volatility remains high. He highlights the decisive rebound from opening lows and observes a neutral RSI, suggesting room for tactical trades on both sides. Turakhiya points out that the asset may consolidate near $7.61–$8.2 as traders digest recent events. "Quick range plays are attractive here, but I’m watching for a clear breakout from $8.2 before chasing further upside," the analyst remarks.

Sustained bullish momentum as technical signals confirm buyer dominance

INJ/USD trades above its 20-day, 50-day, and 200-day moving averages at $7.61, $6.55, and $5.02, respectively. This reflects a constructive posture in short, medium, and long-term trends, with the MA-50 vs MA-200 relationship reinforcing ongoing bullish momentum. Nearest resistance is found at $8.2, while minor support rests at $7.61. MACD issues a 'Strong Buy' signal and ADX continues to show further upside potential, highlighting the robust underlying momentum. The RSI stands at 54.46 with a slight bullish bias, while Stochastic RSI and CCI are both neutral, suggesting the asset is neither overbought nor oversold. Bull/Bear Power at 0.72 shows buyers dominate intraday, but also indicates an overbought reading. After opening with a downside gap of -1.48%, INJ/USD rebounded $0.73, or 9.88%, now trading near today's high. Intraday volatility remains elevated at 20.86%, in line with strong post-open buying and supporting momentum signals.

Earlier, analysts noted that Injective’s strength was underpinned by rising institutional demand and ongoing technological advancements following its SEC registration as a transfer agent. The current outlook is reinforced by a robust technical setup and expanded enterprise partnerships, with traders advised to monitor $8.20 as a key resistance level that could trigger further upside if breached.
