Highlights

  • DEEP/USD is trading below key moving averages with a bearish trend confirmed across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons.
  • Intraday volatility has reached 10.5% as the pair declined 11.48% to $0.01881, trading near session lows.
  • The forecasted five-day range is $0.01592 to $0.02169 with mixed momentum signals and a slight bias toward a downward move.
Anton Kharitonov, expert at Traders Union, notes that DeepBook's sharp decline reflects persistent bearish pressure with little relief from technical or sentiment shifts. He points out the lack of positive news catalysts, alongside the asset trading well below all key moving averages. Kharitonov highlights that mixed momentum signals and ongoing volatility offer little support for a bullish reversal. He remains highly skeptical that short-term buyers can defend the $0.01592 level. "I see no convincing evidence suggesting the current downtrend is ending — risk of further weakness remains elevated," says Kharitonov.
Viktoras Karapetjanc, expert at Traders Union, remains constructive on DEEP despite short-term downside. He views the consolidation near support as a potential base for a technical rebound. Karapetjanc emphasizes that market volatility and oversold readings may provide attractive entry levels for forward-looking traders. "With volatility high and oversold signals flashing, I believe the market offers multiple setups for a bullish reversal above $0.02169," he states.
Jainam Mehta, market strategist, observes DEEP/USD stuck in a volatile sideways band with no directional conviction. He sees the oversold Stochastic RSI as a tactical signal, hinting at a possible bounce but tempers this with respect for prevailing downtrend signals. Mehta notes that a breakout above $0.02169 could provide a contrarian entry against the broader bearish bias. "If buyers can reclaim resistance, I would be watching for a rapid reversal setup towards the upper band," he says.

Bearish pattern confirmed as support holds amid volatile signals

DEEP/USD remains below its 20-day, 50-day, and 200-day moving averages, with MA-20 at $0.02239, MA-50 at $0.01891, and MA-200 at $0.02157, illustrating sustained bearish momentum across all timeframes. The MA-50's position below the MA-200 further confirms the prevailing downtrend. Immediate resistance stands at $0.01891, with support at $0.01592. Momentum signals are mixed: MACD and ADX suggest some buying interest while RSI is neutral, Stochastic RSI indicates oversold conditions, and CCI continues to show selling pressure. A positive BBP value reflects slight intraday buying dominance, but elevated intraday volatility of 10.50% and price action near the session low highlight ongoing pressure after the open.

Earlier, analysts noted that DeepBook was experiencing sustained bearish pressure as it traded below key technical levels. The current analysis reinforces this downtrend, highlighting that a decisive move below support at $0.01592 would be a critical signal for further downside risk in the coming sessions.
