Dublin listing sets terms for BLK Global

As reported by Euronext, BLK Global PLC joins Euronext Access in Dublin through the admission to trading of its full equity of 16,666,375 ordinary shares. The company starts trading under the ticker code BLKX, with the admission and issue price set at €2.92 per share.

The listing gives BLK Global a market capitalisation of €48.7 million on the day of admission. Founder and Group CEO Gabriele Dadò says the move reflects the company’s international ambitions and its view of Ireland as a gateway to European capital markets.

BLK Global says the admission marks the next stage of an eight-year development path, with plans to expand its technology platform, strengthen its global presence and continue digitising commodity trading.

Marketplace and shipping model targets commodity trade efficiency

BLK Global is organised around two business units, BLK Technologies and BLK Shipping, combining a digital trading platform with physical fulfilment services for raw materials and commodities. Its marketplace connects buyers and sellers across agricultural, chemical, energy, construction, industrial and metals categories, while also offering payment, shipping and procurement support.

The shipping arm manages vessels chartered for customers and handles bulk delivery operations for commodities traded on the platform and outside it. BLK says its model consolidates orders into larger vessels to optimise cargo loads and routes, with the aim of lowering per-unit transport costs.

For Euronext Access in Dublin, the admission expands a still-small local roster, with BLK Global becoming the second company on the market. Across the wider Euronext Access platform, more than 160 companies are listed, highlighting the venue’s role as an entry point for smaller growth businesses seeking public market visibility.

Our earlier article on the UK FCA’s planned equity market data reforms explained how the regulator wants to improve transparency in UK share trading by creating a consolidated tape and publishing fuller trading-value and depth figures. The measures are intended to counter under-reporting of liquidity, broaden market participation and support London’s appeal as a listing venue at a time when the UK market faces pressure from takeovers and a shortage of new entrants.
