CleanSpark drops Series A dividend

CleanSpark is discontinuing its quarterly dividend to Series A holders, according to matthew sigel. The dividend, previously calculated as 2% of earnings before interest, taxes, and amortization for Series A holders, will no longer be paid.

Sigel notes that this marks the end of one of CleanSpark's best-known governance practices. The change will result in a one-time cost to shareholders.

Matthew Sigel has previously reported on notable company actions, including OPRA’s 14% pre-market jump following its 2026 revenue guidance and buyback announcement. He has also highlighted Strategy’s performance outpacing Bitcoin since inception. Sigel’s coverage often draws attention to governance and financial developments within the sector.
