Debate set to cover PFOF, MEV, and Canton, Kyle Samani notes
Kyle Samani announced plans to debate Don Wilson of DRW next week. He highlighted key topics for the discussion, including payment for order flow (PFOF), maximal extractable value (MEV), on-chain confidentiality, and the workings of Canton.
Samani also invited suggestions for weekend homework to better understand these complex subjects ahead of the debate.
Samani has previously highlighted 100 million x402 transactions that resulted in $30 million in payments volume, asking where users could try the system in a recent note. He also stated that half of his prediction for spot markets at the end of 2026 is turning out to be accurate in an earlier comment. The upcoming debate continues Samani’s focus on market structure and emerging technologies.
