David Baszucki: Procedural Model Generation expands 4D Generation with 30 new 3D schemas
David Baszucki announced the expansion of 4D Generation with more than 30 new schemas powered by Procedural Model Generation. The update is designed to allow the creation of fully functional and editable 3D assets, including models such as submarines that dive and jet planes that fly. Mesh-based schemas had previously featured in 4D Generation, such as the car-5 model, but the new approach broadens the scope and flexibility of asset creation.
Baszucki recently highlighted new Roblox engine features designed to help creators build more immersive digital experiences for users, according to a previous update. He has also reported progress with user security measures, stating that 70 percent of daily users in Australia have completed facial age verification via facial estimation. The latest expansion of 4D Generation follows these recent product and compliance milestones.
