Simon Taylor: Hype fades, enterprise stablecoin adoption grows
Enterprise stablecoin use rises as hype fades

Simon Taylor, co-founder at 11:FS, discussed stablecoins in a session with other industry experts at a Stripe event attended by bankers.

Taylor observed that as hype around crypto and stablecoins diminishes, more enterprises and trading volume are entering the sector.

Taylor previously noted that Coinbase's yield-bearing stablecoins have not resulted in displaced deposits. In a separate update, he reported that Plaid reached $500 million in annual recurring revenue on the back of new product expansion, which contributed over 20% of its growth. Both observations reflect his focus on developments among financial technology firms.
