Rachel Conlan leaves Binance after three years

Richard Teng, CEO at Binance, announced that Rachel Conlan is stepping down from Binance after more than three years to focus on personal priorities.

Teng highlighted Conlan's significant contributions to the company's growth, noting that the user base increased from 150 million to over 317 million during her tenure.

Teng has recently cited Binance Pay’s growth after it processed over $280 billion since 2021 and announced plans to expand QR payment services to more than ten countries by Q3 2026, according to a recent update. In April 2026, he flagged industry security concerns after DeFi hacks reached $621 million. These developments have come as Binance continues to grow its global user base.
