Over $3 billion migrates to Chainlink CCIP in weeks, Zach Rynes notes
Chainlink CCIP secures $62 billion in value

Zach Rynes highlights the migration of token value from insecure bridge infrastructure to Chainlink CCIP, emphasizing the security benefits of this shift.

According to Rynes, more than $3 billion in token value has moved to CCIP within a few weeks, increasing its total secured value to over $62 billion.

Rynes previously covered a $292 million exploit of the rsETH bridge linked to a breach at LayerZero Labs. The incident was attributed to a North Korean hacker group. Following the attack, several DeFi teams began to review and upgrade their security measures, with some choosing to deprecate older bridges in response to the rsETH bridge hack.
