WULF acquires 1 GW Kentucky site

matthew sigel reports that WULF has expanded its development pipeline by approximately 36% through the acquisition of the Muskie Data Campus, a potential 1+ GW AI and HPC site in Eastern Kentucky.

The site is already zoned and permitted in a 1,000-acre industrial park. Kentucky Power (AEP) is constructing a dedicated 345kV substation to support the facility.

Matthew Sigel has recently reported on other large-scale infrastructure deals in the sector. Applied Digital shares moved higher after it secured a $7.5 billion, 15-year take-or-pay contract for 300MW at Polaris Forge 3. Sigel also noted a PJM letter intended to accelerate regulatory clarity for independent power producers. These developments highlight ongoing activity in power and data infrastructure.
