Proposal targets inactive Bitcoin wallets

Fred Krueger, investor & crypto entrepreneur at Various (NFT/AI projects), reports that Zohran Mamdani has introduced a new initiative called 'Proof of Bitcoin Fairness.'

The proposal aims to classify any Bitcoin wallet that has remained inactive for more than 1,000 days as “digitally vacant,” making those wallets potentially subject to community redistribution.

Krueger has recently raised concerns about the potential impact of high U.S. interest rates on AI sector growth, calling for rates to be reduced in a previous statement. He also reported that RPOW2 reached 268,000 active users and outlined plans for a Solana-based SRPOW to RPOW bridge in a separate update. These initiatives reflect Krueger's continued involvement in digital asset and technology projects.
