Strong dollar outlook for commodities and global economy, George Gammon notes
Bullish commodities stance tied to dollar

George Gammon, host and investor at Rebel Capitalist, suggests that a bullish view on commodities along with a bearish outlook for the global economy implies being bullish on the U.S. dollar.

Gammon also questions the level of the DXY index if the Bank of Japan had not intervened to defend its currency at the 160 mark, noting that DXY would not be near 99.

Gammon has previously voiced skepticism about capital allocation decisions in volatile markets. In April, he questioned the choice to sell bitcoin for a $2.5 million dividend after $128 million in shares were also sold. The comments form part of ongoing observations on market strategies and currency movements.
