Lance Lambert reports that a Delaware shell company, DB Stu LLC, has purchased 864 acres in 2024 and 2025 for more than $45 million, according to the Enquirer.
Combined with adjacent land the entity already controlled in Brown County, Ohio, the site now totals nearly 1,200 acres.
Lambert has previously reported on major real estate transactions, including Berkshire Hathaway’s planned acquisition of homebuilder Taylor Morrison for $8.5 billion. In a separate update, he highlighted that Seattle metro single-family home prices fell 2.2 percent year-over-year. These developments reflect ongoing activity in both corporate and residential real estate sectors.
