Wide range reversal pattern may signal further declines, Linda Raschke notes
Wide range reversal may trigger downturn

Linda Raschke, founder at LBR Asset Management, describes a wide range reversal sell setup in markets. According to her, a climax bar with range expansion to the upside, followed by taking out the low of that bar within the next bar, can indicate the start of a trend down that may persist for some time.

Raschke has previously highlighted a three bar triangle breakout pattern in copper during the Asia market open, according to an earlier report. She also observed two higher lows on the SI 2 hour chart, noting a potential trailing stop trigger above the Vol ATR green line in a separate analysis. These past observations suggest she closely monitors technical signals across asset classes.
