$2.6 trillion in stablecoins moved on Polygon, Sandeep Nailwal notes
Polygon could reach trillions in annual volume

Sandeep Nailwal, CEO at Polygon Foundation, responded to skepticism regarding his prediction that Polygon could reach between $5 trillion and $10 trillion in annual volume by 2030.

He emphasized that similar doubts were expressed about previous milestones, yet Polygon has already processed $2.6 trillion in stablecoin transfers and recorded $79.25 billion in May alone.

Nailwal previously highlighted Polygon's development from a concept to processing trillions in transaction volume over six years, as detailed in an earlier review of the platform's growth. He has also introduced Open Money Stack, an initiative aimed at enabling instant value transfers through a unified Polygon API solution, according to a recent announcement. These initiatives form part of Polygon's ongoing efforts to expand its transaction capabilities.
