Canada and Croatia expand trade ties

Mark Carney reports that commercial links between Canada and Croatia have experienced significant growth, increasing by one third over the past year.

He also shared that Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic was welcomed to Ottawa to further promote this momentum and continue expanding trade between the two countries across various sectors.

Carney has highlighted other international economic efforts in recent months. He stated that Canada is working on a new partnership with the UAE aimed at attracting infrastructure investment. In June, Carney also announced a single GST/HST credit payment for over 12 million Canadians.
