Tone Vays, bitcoin analyst, derivatives trader and event producer, clarifies that he had no direct evidence of Start9 Labs pushing Bip110 to its users and based his comment on the CEO's public statements about bitcoin.

He compared this to his previous practice of forming views on cryptocurrency projects like HEX and ADA without owning or using them.

Vays previously shared his views on the Bitcoin network as a “test of humility versus pretense” in an analysis of common misunderstandings among users last year.
