Unpatched vulnerabilities surface rapidly, Tulio Rocha warns
CYBER CAT to tackle cybersecurity flaws

Tulio Rocha, crypto influencer, highlights the alarming frequency with which unpatched cybersecurity vulnerabilities are being discovered, noting that a new flaw emerges every 47 seconds.

According to Tulio Rocha, most of these vulnerabilities are never fixed. The newly introduced CYBER CAT initiative is positioned as a solution to this challenge, with active communities already forming on Discord and Telegram. The project officially launches on July 1 at 12:00 UTC.

Rocha has previously introduced platforms that connect crypto with global events. In November, he launched a prediction platform blending World Cup, crypto, and macro event markets. That project also offered rewards to encourage new user participation.
