Cardone Capital returns $14 million to investors

Grant Cardone, CEO and founder at Cardone Enterprises and Cardone Capital, reports that Cardone Capital has returned $14 million to investors in its Fund V and Fund IV. Cardone states that the fund, which some doubted could deliver a 15% return, has already paid out $78 million of the original $163 million raised, not including appreciation.

He invites current Fund V investors to contact the firm for further updates.

Cardone previously announced a $20 million cash flow payment for Cardone Capital investors set for a recent month. In another statement, he claimed that U.S. President Donald Trump would lower 10-year treasury yields to support long-term mortgage affordability. Both comments were shared as part of regular updates to Cardone’s investor community.
