Circle requests no memecoins or launchpads for ARC blockchain, Ran Neuner notes
Circle ARC blockchain launches for AI

Ran Neuner, founder of Crypto Banter, reports that Circle is set to launch its ARC blockchain on 16 September. According to Neuner, Circle wants ARC to be seen as a serious blockchain for artificial intelligence agents and has requested the community avoid creating launchpads, memecoins, or similar projects on the platform.

Neuner has commented on a range of industry developments in recent months. He previously observed that Solana was $8 away from a major breakout after 202 days of accumulation. In another analysis, he warned that X’s algorithm can create echo chambers by showing users repeated crypto and stock posts.
