Treasury yield nears 19-year high

Saifedean Ammous, author and academic, highlights that the 10-year Treasury yield is approaching a 19-year high, almost one full percentage point above levels seen before the Iran war.

Ammous points out that when yields were at similar levels in 2007, U.S. debt was 61.5% of GDP, which is now about half its current proportion.
