SK Square valuation does not reflect possible SK Hynix upside, Jonah Lupton notes
SK Square trades at 2x CY2027 EPS

SK Square, which owns 20% of SK Hynix, is currently trading at twice its estimated CY2027 earnings per share, not accounting for SK Hynix buybacks, cash dividends through next year, or the potential for SK Hynix to outperform existing sell side estimates for CY2027, according to Jonah Lupton.

Lupton also points out that the market price does not reflect the equity value from SK Square's complete stake in Solidigm.

Lupton previously noted SK Hynix’s strong net income projections and highlighted the company’s potential Solidigm IPO at a valuation exceeding $150 billion in a recent article. He has also covered revenue forecasts in the semiconductor sector, including Marvell’s projected $20 billion for FY2028, up from its prior outlook of $18 billion, as reported here. These posts focus on earnings potential and sector growth estimates.
