NVDA may take more drastic steps

Michael Taylor, co-founder and portfolio manager at Agora Trading, suggested that NVDA may take increasingly extreme measures, describing the company's practice of guaranteeing returns to its client debt investors as already extreme. Taylor added that he believes there is an inventory issue and anticipates it could soon become a revenue recognition problem.

Taylor has previously commented on valuation shifts, noting that Anthropic reduced its IPO target from $2 trillion to $1.5 trillion in a recent filing here. He also reported on executive departures, citing the FJET IPO CEO and founder's exit and sale of a 25% stake here. Both observations have highlighted executive and capital moves related to high-profile deals.
