OKXICE faces 22 tokenized stock opt-outs

Twenty-two of the 63 company stocks that OKXICE had planned to tokenize have now objected, with Wells Fargo, Arm, Intuit, Cisco, Moderna, and Marvell added to the opt-out list in the venue's October 23 notice.

Jacquelyn Melinek reported that this is an increase from 16 opt-outs noted on October 19 and follows an initial group of nine objectors on the same date.

Jacquelyn Melinek has previously covered digital asset initiatives by major financial institutions, including Visa's launch of USDC-based global payouts. In another report, she previewed an interview on Chainlink’s real-world asset strategies for asset managers and banks. These topics highlight ongoing developments in the asset tokenization space.
