Kelly Evans: Fed will hold 7 real meetings next year, 6 in 2028
Fed to reduce official meeting count

The number of official Federal Reserve meetings will be reduced to seven in the next year and six in 2028, according to an announcement made by Warsh at a press conference today.

Kelly Evans highlighted the change, noting that there are currently eight such meetings per year.
