Bitcoin mining difficulty falls short record

Bitcoin mining difficulty has now stayed below its all-time high for more than a year, making this the longest period of its kind in Bitcoin history.

Saifedean Ammous, an author and academic, highlighted that even the $250 million price drawdown in 2011 and the China mining ban did not last as long, suggesting a significant shift for bitcoin mining.

Ammous has previously invited those interested in bitcoin and Austrian economics to join his mailing list for updates. He also announced the launch of the first seminar for The Bitcoin Standard Online Course, scheduled for Monday earlier this year. Both initiatives indicate his ongoing engagement with bitcoin education and research.
