Further losses likely as limited reversal triggers persist

Over the next two to three trading days, PTON is expected to consolidate between $4.78 and $5.15, staying within its recent volatility band. The probability of additional downside is very high, with upward reversal prospects considered very low. A move above $5.23 would be required to trigger a bullish scenario, whereas a breakdown below $4.78 would likely open the way for further losses.

Viktoras Karapetjanc, expert at Traders Union, notes that Peloton remains under pronounced downside pressure, with technical indicators confirming strong negative momentum. He sees little sign of buying interest returning in the short term, while resistance at $5.23 holds as a key upside barrier. The analyst believes that, until Peloton can push above that level, the bearish setup is likely to persist. "I am constructive by nature, but as long as the stock trades below $5.23, sellers remain firmly in control and upside potential is limited."

Earlier, analysts noted that Peloton faced persistent downside risk due to ongoing structural challenges and sustained selling pressure. The current technical setup reinforces this negative outlook, with momentum indicators confirming seller dominance and highlighting $4.78 as a critical downside level to watch in the near term.
