Snowflake stock approaches key resistance as Friday volatility builds
Snowflake retests $341.95 as AI momentum meets Friday volatility

Snowflake is back at a level that has already stopped buyers once. The next test will show whether the recovery has enough strength to continue or whether traders use the move as another opportunity to take profits.

StoneX reiterated its Buy rating on Snowflake and maintained a $400 price target following an investor meeting with company management. The discussion focused on AI monetization, consumption trends, Cortex Code, CoWork, enterprise AI adoption and the durability of long-term growth.

USEReady has also made SemaBridge available to Snowflake customers. The product adds a managed semantic layer for Snowflake Semantic Views, Cortex Analyst and Cortex Agents, aiming to make it easier for enterprises to deploy AI agents across business workflows.

$341.95 remains the key breakout level

Snowflake has now played out both setups highlighted earlier. The stock first tested support near $318, then rebounded sharply toward the $341.95 target, but failed to hold above it.

That keeps $341.95 as the key level for today. A clean break and sustained move above it could accelerate the recovery toward resistance near $363. This remains the base-case scenario over the next several days.

If buyers fail to clear $341.95 again, however, the risk of another move back toward $318 would rise noticeably.

AI momentum now faces a volatile market close

Snowflake’s fundamental backdrop remains broadly supportive. Analysts continue to highlight the company’s progress in AI, while the ecosystem around Cortex keeps expanding.

Today’s quadruple witching could temporarily make technical levels less reliable, though. Heavy options-related flows into the close may trigger sharp swings in either direction, even if the broader setup remains unchanged.
