Blockchain and Government Policy by Anndy Lian
Anndy Lian is a blockchain author, investor, and public policy advisor. As Chief Digital Advisor to Mongolia’s Productivity Organisation, Lian has structured nationwide blockchain trials for digital ID, land title registration, and carbon offset validation. His 2022 book NFT: From Zero to Hero sold over 8,000 copies globally and is used in academic courses across three Asian universities.
Lian formerly chaired BigONE Exchange and held advisory roles with Hyundai DAC and the EG Association. In 2024, his team deployed $3.1 million in crypto community development grants via EG, focused on small business tokenization pilots in Southeast Asia. He maintains an active presence across industry conferences, having spoken at 14 international forums since mid-2023, including Fintech Week Hong Kong and Dubai Future Blockchain Summit.
