The purpose of creating the TU Overall Score is to make the search for secure and reliable brokerage companies easier for the visitors of our website. We believe that it is a very important mission as, unfortunately, not every company in the financial industry is worthy of trust.

According to our idea, the TU Overall Score indicator should answer the biggest question of all: “Can I trust this broker with my money?”. The scores range within 0.01 – 9.99 (the higher the indicator the more trust the broker has). More details

Level 2 jurisdictions (medium level of trust): CySEC – Cyprus, FSCA – South Africa, CBRC – China, SEBI – India, ISA – Israel, SECT – Thailand, DFSA – United Arab Emirates

Commissions and fees This parameter comprises a comprehensive analysis of all commissions and fees charged by a brokerage company, including trading and deposit/withdrawal fees. Also specific fees, for example the inactivity fee, are taken into account in the final score for the fees. Users can find detailed fees charged by a company in the broker’s profile.

8.10

Trading instruments For this parameter, we evaluate the number of trading assets a broker offers access to in each group of financial instruments. We analyze the quotes a broker offers on Forex pairs, metals, indices, commodities, stocks, and cryptocurrencies. This parameter also includes evaluation of broker’s investment programs, for example access to copy trading, which we regard as an additional type of a trading instrument.

7.60

/10

Brand popularity Traders Union experts are confident that brand awareness mostly fully reflects the real state of affairs in a company – the more popular the broker, the more people trust it. The score for this indicator is based on the data analysis of such services as Ahrefs and SemRush, which show how often a company’s brand is searched on Google. In addition, indicators of the SimilarWeb service, which show the approximate number of visitors of the broker’s website, are also taken into consideration. We also review disclosed official reports of brokers, which allow for evaluating their client base.

7.70

/10

Customer support The score of this parameter is based on the number of available communication channels of a company’s support service. The quicker and easier it is to contact the broker’s support, the higher the score. We check every available support channel, test the speed of processing of requests and completeness of provided information through several interactions.

7.90

/10

Education This parameter provides an evaluation of a company’s capacity to work with beginners. Only quality training and provision of full and unbiased information can help novice traders and investors minimize the risks of losing money, even when working with top-ranked companies. Brokers with useful educational and informational tools, including webinars, tutorials, podcasts and articles, receive higher scores.

I will not advise TradeStation. The company does not deserve attention. I will not say. that I spent my time with her, I just found out that trading here is not profitable) Look for a broker at the top of the rating.

I am a trader and part-time programmer, so I appreciated the Simulated trading service. This is something between a demo account and testing strategies in Metatrader 4. There is only one important nuance: here you can write your own indicators and scripts for trading in the simplest EasyLanguage programming language. For passive income, TradeStation offers solutions for investing in stocks that are first listed on the market. But here you need to have a deeper knowledge of the stock market, so I decided to consider this issue later. I have been looking at the broker for a long time, but I opened a real account yesterday, since the minimum requirement of 500 USD is quite high for me.

I definitely like this broker. Came here a long time ago. And since then I have been investing only through them. I like almost everything, there is something that I would like to fix))) But I did not have any global problems with this company. And this cannot but rejoice.

Two years at TradeStation, I don’t know about the commission, I did not compare. The managers are great, of course, but a little intrusive. And this is perhaps the minus of the company. And so, the application is convenient, charts, indicators are all great.

The fact that initially TradeStation was engaged in the development of software for trading, and not the provision of brokerage services, is as clear as a day! The company has an excellent terminal and the execution of transactions is always off the charts. I reckon that this is an exclusive trading platform. The functionality is broad, it is extremely convenient to place orders and track routes and the duration of transactions. Besides, there are tons of indicators and useful options like Strategy Back-Testing. By the way, the terminal works great both in desktop and mobile versions.

I was recommended by a friend to try the TradeStation. I’m beyond grateful for this. The choice of investment instruments is tremendous! The broker provides real-time quotes free of charge and it has all the necessary indicators and graphical tools for high-quality market analysis.

I have over 10 years of experience in trading and I have seen what the main advantage of this broker is over others. It is a powerful suite of trading technologies. The company began its journey with the development of the corresponding software for a reason. Plus, there is full-fledged training here, so cooperation with TradeStation is suitable even for beginners.

There were no problems with TradeStation for 1.5 years of trading, even though I was on the tenterhooks with verification from the outset. The procedure is complicated and time-consuming and aid by the company's support came in handy. I’m super excited since the guys are adequate; they toed the line and gave me sound advice.
The broker stands for its desktop terminal — it’s a significant forte. This is not some standard MT4, but a proprietary platform with more than a dozen built-in applications for effective trading. On top of that, I downloaded third-party products through the TradingApp Store. You can do this in two shakes.

Expert Review of TradeStation

Throughout its activities, TradeStation strives to allow traders of any experience to unleash their trading and investment potential. To this end, the company provides a suite of powerful trading technologies, quality brokerage services, and comprehensive training. Clients can quickly and efficiently place orders, monitor positions, balances, and orders on accounts, and generate hot observation lists.

The TradeStation broker ensures fast and reliable fulfillment of clients' orders using a combination of advanced order routing technology, regular and thorough speed checks, better execution quality, and better prices. The company streams both historical and real-time market data and provides access to the latest news.

TradeStation offers Simulated Trading, which is a simulated trading account for real-time strategy testing without financial risk. It has access to one of the largest market history databases in the industry for stocks, options, and futures. Clients can use a simple programming language EasyLanguage to create individual indicators and trading strategies on live and demo accounts.

Investment Programs, Available Markets, and Products of the Broker

TradeStation is a broker for active traders and passive investors. The company offers favorable conditions for investments in mutual funds, ETFs, and IPOs. All trades are made on TradeStation's platforms, including mobile transactions.

ClickIPO - Mobile IPO investment platform

TradeStation provides clients with the opportunity to invest in an initial public offering (IPO). Via the ClickIPO mobile application, a potential investor gains access to data on the price range and the expected date of an IPO placement. After choosing assets and depositing at least $500 on the balance, you can start investing. TradeStation installs a trading robot to buy stocks at the time of an IPO. After the shares become available on the market, the broker buys the securities and adds them to the investor's portfolio.

Features of investing in an IPO through TradeStation:

  • The ClickIPO app displays not only upcoming IPOs but also current and past IPOs, as well as secondary offers. A detailed description of each product is also available.

  • An investor can set up watchlists for IPOs of interest and activate the service by receiving push notifications about new and updated offers.

  • When using the ClickIPO platform to buy assets, the broker does not charge any commission on trades.

  • An investor cannot purchase an IPO using a margin; his account must have sufficient personal funds to purchase shares.

To invest in an IPO, you just need to open a brokerage account with TradeStation and make a deposit of $500 or more. The purchase of an IPO share should be considered solely from the point of view of long-term investment since income from such investments can be received within 1-3 years.

The main advantage of investing in an initial offer is the ability to purchase shares that are difficult to obtain on the secondary (exchange) market. The disadvantages of participating in an IPO for an investor are high risks and temporary stays in a loss-making event since the invested funds begin to generate income only after a certain time.
