The broker is owned by NovaTech LLC, based in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, a country without an official financial regulator. Consequently, Novatech FX operates without a license. In June 2019, the company changed its domain from novatechfx.io to novatech.com. On January 24, 2023, the platform's administrator reported unexplained payment delays. Traders have left reviews indicating that they have not received their funds.
