Gate.io boosts Airdrop Carnival with additional 2,000 GT
Gate.io, one of the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchanges, has announced a special 2,000 GT bonus to enhance its ongoing 3,000 GT Airdrop Carnival. Users can complete tasks and invite friends to earn rewards during this limited-time campaign.
The event runs from August 8, 2025, 03:00 UTC, until August 19, 2025, 15:59 UTC.
Two referral events with shared prize pools
Event 1 – Invite friends to register and deposit
Participants who invite a friend to register and make a deposit of at least 200 USDT in any cryptocurrency — held for a minimum of 24 hours — will receive 0.1 GT per successful referral. The prize pool for this stage is 1,000 GT, with a limit of 20 GT per user. Rewards are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Event 2 – Invite friends to join Futures Trading
Additional GT rewards are available if invited friends achieve a daily futures trading volume of at least 1,000 USDT:
- 1 day: 0.05 GT
- 3 days: 0.1 GT
- 7 days: 0.4 GT
- 10 days: 1 GT
This stage also has a 1,000 GT prize pool, with rewards distributed according to participation order.
Friends can earn too
Invited users can join the 3,000 GT Airdrop Carnival and complete tasks linked to the campaign to earn GT alongside the inviter. The additional 2,000 GT from Gate.io are intended to accelerate bonus accumulation for active participants.
Rules and restrictions
Gate.io users must click the [Join Now] button on the event page and complete identity verification to participate. The exchange warns against fraudulent activities such as mass account registrations, wash trading, and coordinated trades. Market makers, institutional accounts, and users from restricted regions — including Belgium, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Turkey, Austria, and South Korea — are not eligible.
Each user can participate in only one base referral program, but the GT bonuses from this campaign stack on top of the base reward. Payouts will be made within 14 business days after the campaign ends.
In late 2024, Gate.io also updated its Gate Wallet app to improve the user experience in the crypto ecosystem.
