ZFX review: Planned platform maintenance set for December 20
ZFX has announced a planned system maintenance window set for Saturday, Dec. 20, 2025, as part of its ongoing efforts to maintain platform stability and service reliability. The maintenance is scheduled to take place between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. UTC, during which certain trading and account-related services may experience intermittent unavailability.

The broker said the maintenance is a routine technical update and does not require any action from clients. All services are expected to resume normal operation immediately after the two-hour window concludes.
Temporary service interruptions across key platforms
According to ZFX, several core services may be affected during the maintenance period. These include MetaTrader 4 platforms Live01, Live02, and Live04, as well as MetaTrader 5 platform Live01. In addition, access to the MyZFX client portal may be limited, including transactional functions such as deposits, withdrawals, and internal fund transfers.
Other services expected to experience temporary disruptions include SocialTrading features and ZFX mobile applications, which are widely used by traders for account management and market monitoring. ZFX noted that availability may vary during the maintenance window, with services potentially coming online intermittently.
Focus on stability and long-term performance
ZFX framed the scheduled downtime as part of its broader commitment to ensuring long-term platform performance, security, and reliability. Planned maintenance windows are a common practice among online brokers, particularly those operating multiple trading platforms and client-facing systems simultaneously.
The broker emphasized that such updates are designed to minimize the risk of unexpected outages and improve overall system resilience. By scheduling maintenance during a defined and limited time window, ZFX aims to reduce disruption for active traders while continuing to enhance its infrastructure.
