StarTrader has introduced a new feature for its clients — 24/5 trading for the 20 most actively traded U.S. stocks. With this new offering, users of the platform can now trade U.S. stocks without breaks or weekends, answering the growing global demand for extended market hours.
Highlights
- StarTrader launches 24/5 trading for US stocks with 5:1 leverage.
- The platform meets client demands by offering flexible trading solutions and high security standards.
- Operations are regulated in five jurisdictions, ensuring reliability and transparency for traders.
- Chosen by 0+ local traders in the last 3 months.
- Traders earn on average 12% more per month vs other brokers.
Extended market access
With the launch of 24/5 trading (Monday to Friday), StarTrader clients now have access to a special group of US securities, designated as US.24H. New instruments with the ".24H" suffix are already available on the platform.
This move also aligns with industry trends, as exchanges like Nasdaq are preparing to offer 24-hour US stock trading, and cryptocurrency platforms are increasingly offering tokenized U.S. stocks.
Liquidity and leverage
As part of this new offering, U.S. stocks are available for trading with a 5:1 leverage, enhancing liquidity during off-market hours. For traders looking for more trading opportunities, standard US stock trading remains available with a leverage of up to 33:1.
CEO of StarTrader, Peter Karsten, emphasized that the company understands its clients' needs: “Some look for opportunities beyond market hours; others seek higher potential, and STARTRADER responds to both while operating within a regulated framework.”
The company continues to uphold high standards of transparency and corporate governance.
Why this matters
Expanding opportunities for trading U.S. stocks based on new market conditions will allow traders to take advantage of increased liquidity and the ability to trade at any time, in line with global financial market trends.
It was earlier reported that StarTrader enhances mobile app with one-tap trading feature.
