StarTrader announced that 30 teams have completed the Toss Stage of the STAR Trading League, with only 16 teams advancing to the Knockout Stage, which is set to begin on July 6 as part of the ongoing multi-stage trading competition.
According to StarTrader’s event page, the STAR Trading League is a multi-stage, team-based trading tournament structured similarly to professional basketball playoffs. The initial Toss Stage, which ran from June 1 to July 3, saw 30 teams competing, with only the top 16 teams—comprising 8 from each conference—progressing to the Knockout Stage scheduled for July 6–10.
Teams advance through successive rounds based on the aggregated profit rates of their top contributors, and strict eligibility criteria apply, including a minimum deposit of USD 500 and at least USD 1,000,000 in notional trading volume per stage. The competition continues through the Quarter-Finals, Semi-Finals, and MVP Finals, with NBA-themed rewards and cash prizes awarded to leading participants.
To join the STAR Trading League with StarTrader, register or log in to your account before July 3, 2026, and select one of the available teams for the tournament. Deposit a minimum of USD 500 and begin trading, ensuring you reach the set notional trading volume during each stage to qualify and help your team advance.
