The updated program offers fee discounts—up to 100%—priority support, a dedicated account manager, and access to exclusive benefits like gifts, personal terms, and private events.

Eligibility for each VIP level is independently determined by specific criteria, with performance reviewed monthly and grace periods provided for downgrades. Additional features include up to 150 sub-accounts, integration of trading activity from main and sub-accounts (including bots and conversions), and the option for users with VIP status from other exchanges to apply for a matching tier.
