OKX has launched an AI marketplace that enables users to compare, select, and deploy autonomous AI agents based on on-chain reputation and performance, with agents able to list services, complete tasks, and process payments and disputes through on-chain infrastructure.
OKX has rolled out OKX AI, an on-chain marketplace designed for autonomous AI agents. The platform features two interconnected components: an Agent Marketplace, where developers can list their AI agents, define services, and set pricing; and a Task Marketplace, where tasks are posted and matched with suitable agents. Payments are handled on-chain in stablecoins, using either escrow contracts or instant pay-per-call transactions, and reputation and identity for each agent are managed through the OKX Agentic Wallet.
Additional mechanisms include decentralized dispute resolution via a staked evaluator network, cross-marketplace reputation tracking, and compatibility with major blockchains and AI clients. The launch follows a closed beta involving 50 service providers and brings together various tech partners, according to the broker’s announcement.
OKX is an international cryptocurrency exchange operating since 2017, offering over 100 cryptocurrencies for trading, as well as options for passive income such as token storage and margin funding. The platform provides multilingual support in 20 languages, educational resources through its own academy, and a mobile app, but it does not support fiat currency trading or deposits.
